To promote and advocate for responsible construction and development in Southeast Alaska, and to protect the public interest by encouraging best practices by all members of the Association.

The Southeast Alaska Building Industry Association (SEABIA) is a non-profit trade association formed in 1977 and chartered under the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
